Vintage Westmoreland Glass milk glass split-handled candy dish or basket in the Dogwood pattern (sometimes called Pansy). Westmoreland produced this item from 1950 to 1975, so it's hard to pin down exactly when this particular piece was made. It is in excellent condition, with no cracks, scratches, chips, or marks. A lovely little piece! Made in the USA.
