Shipping & Returns


We charge the actual costs for shipping your order, based on weight. We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the order. A shipping calculator is available on the checkout page prior to placing your order to estimate your shipping costs.


Returns must be received in new, unopened condition, in original packaging. Opened or used soap, personal care products, aromatherapy, and home cleaning products cannot be returned. We offer a replacement of any items only if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange any items, please send us an email at for further instructions. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item was received as a gift, please provide the gift giver's name or email and we can locate the original purchase receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
