Vintage ceramic napkin girl, probably from the 1950s. Unknown maker. Folded napkins would be placed in the the slots of her dress to fill out her skirt as a lovely display for dispensing napkins at the table or party buffet.
Good vintage condition, with a lot of crazing to the glaze and some areas of blue paint that has worn off (see detail photos).

5” diameter at base x 3-1/4” elbow to elbow x 9-1/2” tall
